Road accident in Romania with the involvement of a bus from Moldova
A road accident involving a bus from the Republic of Moldova took place in the afternoon of Tuesday in Iasi County, Romania. The coach, with 14 people on board, collided with a car in Sârca, writes ziaruldeia.ro.
The 41-year-old driver of the bus registered in the Republic of Moldova has contusions in the legs. He was taken over by a medical crew and transferred to St. Spiridon Hospital. Another 44-year-old passenger with contusions in the face and cervical spine was taken to the Emergency Prize Unit of the same hospital. Two adults and two minors, with superficial injuries, refused to go to the hospital.

According to the police, the accident occurred after a Renault Megane driver entered the counter sense and hit a minibus, then ricocheted in the coach. The driver of the car, 28, died. He was driving a car registered in Suceava. The man who lost his life is called Emanuel Mitric and was Vice-President of PMP at national level.

The witnesses in the bus heading to Spain say that the driver of the Renault car was running at high speed and at the last minute avoided getting into the coach. Investigators have recovered from his car a ball gun, a watch and several documents.

Ombudsman service is an independent source of information, explanation and analysis of the Public Broadcaster’s programs and adherence to European standards and practices of broadcasting programs’ development.

Ombudsman is a mediator who handles complaints between a televiewer /radio-listener or a group of people and the Broadcaster. Ombudsman replies to the questions of TV viewers and Radio-listeners, receives and reviews complaints from people.

“Ombudsman” was first used in its modern sense in 1809 when the Swedish Parliament established the office of Justitieombudsman, who was to look after citizens’ interests in their dealings with government.

Later, in 1988, a similar service was established in media in France. It was a real "explosion” that caused the appearance of similar services in other world countries.
